Saint's Row Game Story - Synopsis. Three rivaling gangs - The Vice Kings, Los Carnales and The Westside Rollerz - rule the streets, each one claiming a number of districts in the fictional city of Stilwater. As a member of the 3rd St. Saint’s, you’ll need to build respect, make money and gain notoriety you won't stop until the whole city is in your gang's control. There are several stories for you to follow, involving the Saints' war against the other gangs. Each gang has its own structure, automobiles, and leaders.
